Projeto obriga empresas de telemarketing a oferecer programa de ginástica laboral aos empregados

O Projeto de Lei 1400/19, do Senado, obriga as empresas de teleatendimento ou telemarketing a oferecer programas de ginástica laboral destinados aos empregados. O texto está agora em análise na Câmara dos Deputados.

Conforme a proposta, já aprovada pelos senadores, a ginástica laboral deverá ser realizada durante o horário de trabalho, ficando vedada nos períodos de descanso previstos na legislação ou em acordo coletivo, porém a participação dos empregados não será obrigatória.

“São profissionais que atuam em um ambiente de estresse significativo, e outro problema são os postos de trabalho pouco ergonômicos, com risco de lesões”, justificou o autor do projeto de lei, senador Veneziano Vital do Rêgo (MDB-PB).

Tramitação
A proposta tramita em caráter conclusivo e será analisada pelas comissões de Trabalho, de Administração e Serviço Público; de Seguridade Social e Família; e de Constituição e Justiça e de Cidadania.
