Empresas têm até o dia 15 para ter acesso a procedimentos sobre pagamento de tributos incluídos na Lei 11.941/2009

Segundo a Receita Federal, no período de agosto a novembro de 2009, foram formalizadas 2,5 mil opções para essa modalidade.

O Ministério da Fazenda liberou na internet o acesso aos procedimentos que irão permitir que empresas que optaram, entre 17 de agosto e 30 de novembro de 2009, pelo pagamento à vista de impostos atrasados utilizem os créditos de Prejuízo Fiscal ou de Base Negativa da Contribuição Social sobre o Lucro Líquido (CSLL) incluídos no parcelamento de tributos regulamentado pela Lei 11.941/2009 .

Os interessados devem acessar de hoje (4) até o dia 15 de abril na internet os sites da Receita Federal e da Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional.

Segundo a Receita Federal, no período de agosto a novembro de 2009, foram formalizadas 2,5 mil opções para essa modalidade. Um tutorial está disponível tanto no site da Receita Federal quanto no da Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional com um passo a passo orientando o contribuinte. 

A Receita alerta que os procedimentos deverão ser feitos, exclusivamente, nos sites da Receita Federal e da Procuradoria-Geral da Fazenda Nacional até as 21h do dia 15 de abril de 2011.
