A Receita Federal, na busca por aprimorar o diálogo junto à sociedade e incentivar a prevenção e solução de controvérsias tributárias e aduaneiras, dá mais um grande passo nesta direção, com a efetiva implementação do Receita de Consenso

O Receita de Consenso, que está em vigor desde o dia 1 de novembro de 2024, é um procedimento que incentiva a prevenção e solução de controvérsias tributárias e aduaneiras e destina-se às pessoas jurídicas com a mais alta classificação nos Programas de Estímulo à Conformidade.

A Receita Federal espera que o Receita de Consenso agilize a solução de controvérsias e reduza o volume de litígios tributários, promovendo maior eficiência e uma nova forma de relação com os contribuintes, marcada pela confiança e cooperação.
