COMUNICADO: Receita Federal prorroga prazo da Consulta Pública sobre Instrução Normativa que irá instituir a "DeCripto" - Declaração de Criptoativos

A Receita Federal comunica que prorrogou até o dia 20 de dezembro a consulta pública sobre a minuta de Instrução Normativa para coleta de informações de criptoativos, a IN DeCripto. A instituição já recebeu contribuições e informa que novas sugestões podem ser enviadas seguindo as instruções contidas no link Receita Federal abre Consulta Pública sobre Instrução Normativa que irá instituir a "DeCripto" - Declaração de Criptoativos — Receita Federal (www.gov.br).

Lembra-se que a Receita Federal vem realizando diálogos[1] com entidades e empresas ligadas a criptoativos. A consulta pública é mais uma oportunidade para que todos os interessados apresentem formalmente suas considerações e sugestões. Trata-se de uma atualização de norma em vigor, alinhando-a a regras de modelo internacional automático de intercâmbio de informações Cryptoasset Reporting Framework (CARF), além incorporar evoluções deste tema.
