eSocial: problema do PIS sobre a folha de salários causa falha na integração com a DCTFWeb e impede fechamento

Usuários relatam erro no eSocial ao fechar a folha de pagamento do 13º salário. A Receita Federal já identificou o problema e trabalha na correção.

Nesta terça-feira (3) diversos usuários do Contábeis relataram em nosso Fórum que se depararam com erros ao tentar fechar a folha de pagamento no eSocial. O erro, no entanto, não é pontual e as pastas responsáveis pelo sistema se pronunciaram sobre o tema.

Segundo a nota emitida e disponibilizada no site do próprio eSocial, foi identificado um erro na recepção do PIS sobre a folha de salários, especificamente na folha anual (13º salário), o qual impede o encerramento do eSocial por uma falha na integração com a DCTFWeb.

O problema impacta todos os contribuintes que mantém a tributação do PIS sobre a folha de salários.

Segundo o comunicado, a Receita Federal está trabalhando para ajustar os sistemas, e a previsão de publicação da correção em produção é no dia 9 de dezembro, próxima segunda-feira.

Os contribuintes impactados devem aguardar os ajustes para efetuar o fechamento do eSocial relativo à folha de pagamento do 13º salário, afirma a RFB.
